Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
A: Online registration will be closed on Friday, 24 May 2024. Please ensure you register before this date.
A: Both credit and debit card payments are accepted for online and onsite registration. Additionally, cash payments are welcome for onsite registration.
A: We do not recommend group registration since we require a unique email address for each participant for the mobile app and payment confirmation. The mobile app only functions with one email address per user. However, you can use the same credit card details for payment.
A: Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember to bring this email to ACEF for onsite verification.
A: Refunds are only available for credit card payments. Please note that refund and cancellation requests are subject to the approval of the ACEF Steering Committee (“The Organizer”) and subject to applicable bank charges/card fees. No refunds and cancellations will be honored once the forum has started. Processing of refunds will take 7-20 business days depending on the terms and conditions of the bank.
ACEF 2024 is a fully in-person event. There will be no livestreaming of sessions.
A: Complimentary registration is available for the following groups of people given their contribution to the event and ADB's policy for supporting its developing member countries’ (DMC) officials capacity development:
- Government Officials for ADB’s Developing Member Countries suggest changing to Government Officials for ADB’s DMCs.
- Speakers in the Thematic Tracks, Plenary Sessions, Deep Dive Workshops, Spotlight Sessions, Regional Sessions, and Pre-Forum Events
- Academe (upon request)
